Getting a house ready to put on the market and then waiting to sell has been the most stressful undertaking of my life. Trying to get top dollar and meeting a timeframe to move really takes a toll on the psyche. My wife and I are so thankful that a close friend of ours introduced us to Brian and Cyrus. These guys were there to help us through the process and calm us down when we were stressed and they were happy to help whenever we needed them whether it was paperwork or even some heavy lifting. These gents are extremely professional and even though I'm a naturally skeptical person I felt like they were people we could trust and they didn't let us down. Their business model puts the clients interest first, which isn't always the case in this business, and they know that by doing so they will have happy clients that will spread the word, like I am doing now. I can't tell you how much I appreciate these two gentleman. As a single father with two young ladies that are with me full time, Cyrus and Brian did everything to help us find our forever home. They would always find time to be there at crazy hours to accommodate my scheduling as I had little time to look. They would look at the homes first then would explain the pros and cons of each while being very neutral to my needs. Once I found my home, Cyrus and Brian jumped right in and went to work on anything I needed for my lender which was a VA loan provider out of state (which can be tricky to deal with). They made my life very easy and helped with the stress of buying a home. Whenever I felt stressed I could call them and they were there to reassure me everything would be OK. I can't begin to express my appreciation for this dynamic duo! They are truly super heroes. If you are looking to by or sell a home these two are the best in the business!
